Ironman Training – Day 77
Written by admin on December 18, 2006 – 8:23 pm -Day off, and well deserved. Couldn’t get much rest, lots on my mind. Had to drive to WP today, and up and back trip. I was so tired coming home. I tried to sleep when i got home, but i always get a little wired after a drive.
I’m planning to take full advantage of this stabalizer week and rest up, recover and prepare for 3 more weeks.
