Top of the Key

Still snowing here in Boulder, pretty cold day, and the roads aren’t clearing too quickly. I swam this morning, got in 3400 yards with alot of that in big chunks. The main set was 2×500 in z3, and then 3×50’s in z3. I like the way Craig is setting these up. Different from last year, and keeping it interesting.

Tomorrow is the 10k, hoping to do a good time despite the cold and snow…and ice.
