Monday: 8 mile run, 2150 swim, 20 mile bike
Written by admin on May 13, 2008 – 12:42 pm -Usually Monday, and I like it alot. I told Jess I could settle into this sort of workout almost every day…it’s pretty manageable. And you don’t feel wrecked the next day. Run was good, great to get back out on the trails for a small run. Swim after was good too, with Jess. It helps to loosen me up after the run, and really is like recovery. Threw on the tights for the rest of the day. Because of the wind and time, I just rode the trainer for 20 miles. Watched a double dose of Boston sports, Red Sox and Celtics, both lost.
Hitting Masters on Tuesday morning…Jane Scott, heard this class is killer!
