Steamboat Springs Triathlon Race Recap

I raced the Steamboat Springs Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, which included a 3/4 mile swim, 20 mile bike and 4 mile run. I finished 3rd in my age group, and 15th overall out of 500. I put out a hard effort, on all three sports. Haven’t worked on speed much, but I still have a little something.
Swim: 20:30
Bike: 51:32
Run: 27:01
Total Time: 1:40:54 (3rd AG/ 15 OA)
