Feeling the Urge
Written by admin on November 12, 2008 – 9:17 am -It’s now Taper, and today, Wednesday, I’m feeling the urge to explode. I’ve been through quite a few tapers, and always settle in just nicely. But I can’t quite sit still this go around. I’m feeling eager to go out and run…bike…swim, do something. I’ve listened to other athletes talk about this time, the Taper, and wondered why they couldn’t just relax. Now I know.
JUST….WANT….TO….RACE!!!!
