Top of the Key

Ran early again today, it’s been just too nice in the morning to pass up.  Cool, slight chill, and dark.  Short run of sorts, easy on the legs, loosen them some.

Rode later in the day, when normally your fighting to beat the wind around here.  Today, 60% of rain, guess now i know what that actually means…it’s going to rain.  After an hour, took shelter under a bridge for about 30 min, where I finally read this sign at the end of the tunnel.

While waiting, listened to the lighting and thunder, where if you hear them within 60 seconds of each other, your in the Danger Zone – according to Bear Grylls – I counted 5 sec. mostly, so had Jess come pick me up, finished on the trainer.  Don’t need to die today.  Thansk Jess.
