Heat has arrived
Written by admin on July 6, 2009 – 3:50 pm -Swam with Jess this morning at the Scott Carpenter pool, first distance swim in a while…2000 yards with some 200’s and 100’s mixed in. Still feeling my way back in the pool.
Ran with Jess too for 30min in the Summer heat – mid day. Oh yeah, for those that were complaining about all the rain we’ve received, well, your heat is here now. Good training conditions for 5430, where it should be scorching.
Maybe a bike tonight on the trainer, depends on how I feel. Still about a week or so out from getting outdoors.
