Long Run
Written by admin on February 23, 2010 – 6:18 pm -Long run of the week today. Feeling a ton better than I did 2 weeks ago when I attempted this run, and got knocked down. Sorting out my plan of attack over the next few weeks, but I’m finding my groove. Photo below from my snowy run in and around South Boulder.
