Day 1

I’m back.  It’s been quite a ride over the past few months, dating back to my last post 10 months ago.  Lots of highs and lows, but that’s all behind me now.  Not that you need the New Year to start clean, there’s something about seeing 1/1 on the calendar.

What’s planned for this year?

Boston Marathon:
A race I hadn’t given much thought about till I qualified at the Cape Cod Marathon in 2009.  Should be fun!

Mooseman Olympic Triathlon:
Welcome to my season of triathlon racing!  In June, I’ll join fellow employees who most have never done a triathlon in New Hampshire for this early season race.

IM Providence 70.3:
Whether it’s the ocean or the lake, I’m giving this race a try in July.

Then, lots of random smaller races all over MA, CT and RI.  Looking forward to a great year!

    Hi George. Yup, moved back to New England, Newport RI to be exact. No trails here like in Boulder. But the beach has been a new venture.
